Burger all’italiana

A delicious burger with mozzarella…

To melt your mozzarella, top each burger with a slice of cheese and place them in the oven for 2 minutes at 200°C (390°F).


• 6 ciabatta burger buns

• 6 burgers

• 6 x 30g slices of Casa Azzurra Mozzarella

• 30g pesto

• 30g sun dried tomatoes

• 50g rocket

• 6 slices of Parma ham

• 1cl extra virgin olive oil

• salt

• pepper


1. Fry the burgers for 2 minutes on each side in a hot pan with olive oil. Once cooked, place a mozzarella slice on each burger, then season.

2. Toast the burger buns.

3. Spread the bottom burger bun with pesto. Then place the burger, mozzarella, Parma ham and finally the rocket and tomatoes on top. Season then serve immediately.
